A great glute shape starts with body control and the right movement pattern.
Glute training is more than repeating squats, hip thrusts or kickbacks. Whether the trunk stays stable, the pelvis stays controlled and both sides work together all shape the quality of every rep.
Many people let the pelvis rotate, the trunk lean, the standing leg wobble or the lower back compensate. The movement loses control, and the glutes never feel clearly engaged.
The Spiral Chain Resistance Training Strap is built on the myofascial spiral line and the body's functional lines. Its diagonal fit, combined with external resistance, gives you clear feedback for rotation and anti-rotation training.
It helps you practise coordinated control of the trunk, pelvis and hips, so your glutes work within the right movement pattern. Use it for glute shaping, single-leg stability or rotation control.
A steadier body. Glute training with direction.
One strap. Six ways to train better.
- 01SPIRAL CHAIN TRAINING
Spiral chain resistance training
Diagonal tension and resistance help you sense the direction of rotation and improve how the trunk and pelvis work together.
Suited to standing rotation, anti-rotation and single-leg coordination work.
- 02GLUTE ACTIVATION & CONTROL
Better glute engagement
External tension helps you hold the pelvis in position and cut unwanted trunk sway, so you can train the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and supporting stabilisers more precisely.
Every glute session gets a clearer line of force.
- 03GLUTE SHAPING SUPPORT
Glute shaping support
Shaping the glutes takes effective training, sensible loading and consistency. The strap refines basic movement control, building a better base for gluteus maximus strength, gluteus medius stability and overall glute and leg shaping.
Start with movement quality for fuller, more defined glutes.
- 04PELVIC STABILITY
Pelvic stability
Pelvic stability matters in single-leg stances, lunges, walking and any movement that shifts your centre of mass.
Measured diagonal resistance helps you feel how both sides of the body coordinate, and practise controlling pelvic rotation, tilt and unwanted sway.
- 05POSTURAL CONTROL
Postural control
Combined with active training, it builds awareness of rib cage position, shoulder girdle control and trunk stability, and trains the motor control linked to habitual slouching, rounded shoulders and uneven side-to-side control.
It gives movement feedback and training support. It is not a brace that passively corrects the spine.
- 06FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT
Whole-body coordination
Human movement depends on many joints and muscles working together. Directional tension adds a rotation-control challenge that trains how different regions of the body move as one.
Use it for functional training, strength-session warm-ups and sport-specific skill learning.
Why glute training needs the spiral chain
The glutes never work in isolation.
When you walk, run, lunge, stand on one leg or rotate, the glutes work with the trunk, pelvis and limbs. On one leg, the gluteus medius and its partners carry much of the job of holding the pelvis level.
Without that control, the trunk leans, the pelvis rotates or other compensations appear, and the target movement loses stability and quality.
The strap's diagonal design adds tension feedback for this cross-body coordination. With external resistance, you learn to control rotation and anti-rotation, then carry that control into your glute and leg training.
Its value is a better movement foundation, so your glute training hits its target.
Built for glute shaping
- 01
Single-leg spiral rotation
Train trunk rotation, pelvic stability and whole-body coordination on one leg.
- 02
Standing anti-rotation
Use diagonal resistance to train trunk stability and coordinated control of both sides.
- 03
Lunge posture control
Hold the trunk and pelvis in position through the lunge to build a stable base for glute and leg strength.
- 04
Single-leg hip control
Single-leg support with controlled resistance improves coordination of the muscles around the hip.
- 05
Glute and leg strength support
Use alongside hip thrusts, deadlifts, hip extensions and related lifts for movement awareness, posture control and preparation.
Choose exercises to suit your ability, the direction of resistance and a secure anchor point.
Power has a direction.
Trunk, pelvis and hips linked into one line of force. From glute activation to functional movement, see the path behind every rep.
- 01Glute activation
- 02Glute shaping
- 03Postural control
- 04Functional movement
Diagonal tension you can see.

Resisted training in class
The strap runs diagonally from shoulder to hip and links to a band for anti-rotation work, making trunk and pelvic control easy to see.

Choose your colour
Available in orange, black, grey, blue and rose pink, with a black reinforced buckle and alloy ring.
Every detail is designed for feedback.
01
Diagonal fit
Runs diagonally across the shoulder, back and trunk to give directional tension for rotation, anti-rotation and coordination work.
02
Adjustable hook-and-loop fit
Hook-and-loop closures let you set tension and position freely, fit different body types and keep the strap in place.
03
Reinforced anti-slip buckle and ring
A reinforced anti-slip buckle and alloy connecting ring hold firm and attach suitable external resistance for your programme.
04
High stretch, tear-resistant
Polyester-cotton webbing with latex yarn stretches up to three times its length and handles demanding training loads.
05
Anti-curl locked edges
Locked, reinforced edges resist curling and fraying, so the strap stays flat and durable.
06
Train anywhere
For gyms, functional training studios, coaching sessions and home setups with a secure anchor point.
For everyone who trains with intent.
Glute shaping enthusiasts
People who want better movement quality and a clearer feel for their glutes working.
Posture trainees
People improving posture control, trunk stability and coordination through active practice.
Beginners
People learning basic rotation, anti-rotation and single-leg stability.
Coaches and training centres
For movement teaching, demonstrations, body control drills and specialist training.
Active athletes

Five steps. Build up gradually.
- 1
Choose the wearing direction for your goal, then adjust the strap across the shoulder, back and trunk.
- 2
For external resistance, attach the connector to a checked anchor point that can take the training load.
- 3
Start with light resistance and practise rotation or anti-rotation control.
- 4
Breathe naturally. Do not hold your breath, force the spine to twist or swing from the lower back.
- 5
Once the movement is steady, gradually increase resistance, range and difficulty.
Beginners should train under an experienced coach.

Before you buy.
Will the strap make my glutes rounder?
The strap does not grow muscle by itself. As a training aid, it improves movement control and makes glute training more targeted.
Real change in glute shape still comes from consistent resistance training, good nutrition and recovery.
Is it suitable if I'm new to training?
Yes, as a learning aid. Start with light resistance and basic control work, and learn to wear and anchor it correctly first.
Can it help with slouching or a rounded upper back?
For habitual posture, combined with suitable active training, it may help improve posture awareness and control.
It cannot change bone structure and does not replace an individual professional assessment.
Can it correct scoliosis?
No. This is not a medical orthotic device and makes no claim to correct structural scoliosis or change the Cobb angle.
If you have diagnosed scoliosis, ongoing pain or nerve symptoms, get a medical assessment before deciding whether this training suits you.
Do I need a resistance band with it?
Depending on the exercise, you can pair it with suitable external resistance. Included accessories depend on the set you buy.
Is there instruction after I buy?
Yes. Contact the Academy when your strap arrives to get the Pelvic Rotation and Spiral Strap video course, covering pelvic assessment, how to use the strap, pelvic alignment drills, pelvic and thoracic rotation training, and gluteus medius and core work.
Send training videos regularly so a coach can help refine your technique.
CONTROL THE ROTATION. TRAIN THE GLUTES.
Master rotation control. Train your glutes with precision.
From body stability to hip control to glute and leg strength. Every quality rep builds the shape you're after.
Glute Isolation Series | Train with method.
Ready to train with more control?
Important: This is an exercise training aid. It does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or orthotic devices. Results depend on the individual, technique, training load and consistency. Stop and seek a professional assessment if you feel pain, numbness or any unusual symptoms.
