Overview

Effective glute training starts with how you produce force.

You train your glutes consistently but barely feel them. Your lower back joins in on every kickback. On one leg, your body sways, your knee caves in and your pelvis tilts. These issues can come from strength, technique and stability.

The Glute Isolation Training Platform is designed around these common problems: unstable support, misaligned force lines and compensation. It combines foot positioning, knee alignment support, multi-point resistance and hip training in one platform, so you can adjust support and resistance direction to your goal.

Targeted control of the foot, ankle, knee and pelvis lets you focus on the hip movement you're training while your body stays stable.

From hip extension for the gluteus maximus to hip abduction and pelvic stability for the gluteus medius, you can set up programmes to match your ability.

Steadier movement. More targeted glute training.

Six core training functions

One platform for every key part of glute training.

  1. 01MULTI-POINT TRAINING SYSTEM

    Multi-point training system

Different glute exercises need different resistance directions, stances and paths. Multiple anchor points on the base, combined with bands in different directions, let you place resistance to suit the target muscle, the exercise and your ability.

One platform for many glute exercises.

  2. 02KNEE ALIGNMENT SUPPORT

    Knee alignment support

In single-leg stances and kickbacks, the knee can cave in, rotate or compensate. Posts and elastic straps give the knee position feedback and support, helping you keep it in line with the movement.

It doesn't lock the knee. It supports the movement while still allowing natural joint motion.

  3. 03FOOT POSITIONING & STABILITY

    Foot positioning and stability

Your feet are your base of support. On one leg, weak foot control makes balance harder. Foot straps and anchor points help you feel where your foot is and how it supports you, training foot, ankle and knee coordination.

Force starts at the feet. So does stability.

  4. 04GLUTEUS MAXIMUS TRAINING

    Targeted gluteus maximus training

Single-leg kickbacks and hip extensions are key gluteus maximus strength exercises. Foot support, knee stability and external resistance help you hold the trunk and pelvis, cut unwanted sway and focus on hip extension.

Build the strength behind fuller, more defined glutes.

  5. 05GLUTEUS MEDIUS & PELVIC CONTROL

    Gluteus medius and pelvic control

The gluteus medius drives hip abduction and holds the pelvis level on one leg. Multi-directional resistance lets you train abduction, single-leg support and pelvic control, without compensating by leaning or rotating.

    Train strength and control together.

  6. 06GLUTE SHAPING & PERFORMANCE

    Glute shaping and performance

Glute shape comes from muscle growth, sensible loading and consistency. The platform adds support, positioning and resistance to each exercise and fits into a structured glute strength programme, from gluteus maximus hip extension to gluteus medius control and single-leg stability.

From basic control to targeted glute shaping.

The science

Why glute training needs a training platform

Glute training is more than lifting a leg.

Traditional kickbacks run into three common problems. Unstable support: the foot can't anchor you, so balance suffers. Poor knee control: the knee caves in or rotates. Too much pelvic and lower-back compensation: you gain range by tilting the pelvis, over-arching the back or twisting the trunk.

With stable support, position feedback and adjustable resistance, the platform helps you separate the target movement from compensation. You learn to keep the foot stable, guide the knee, hold the pelvis and trunk, move from the hip, and add load only once the movement is solid.

Train with direction. Drive with purpose.

Recommended exercises

Five exercises for the back and side of the glutes.

  1. 01

    SINGLE-LEG HIP EXTENSION

    Single-leg hip extension

With the right support and resistance, train hip extension with a focus on the gluteus maximus and other hip extensors.

  2. 02

    SINGLE-LEG PELVIC STABILITY

    Single-leg pelvic stability

From a stable stance, practise controlling pelvic tilt, rotation and trunk position.

  3. 03

    RESISTED HIP ABDUCTION

    Resisted hip abduction

Set the resistance direction to train hip abduction and the muscles that support it.

  4. 04

    HIP HINGE CONTROL

    Hip hinge control

Bend and rise from the hips with a stable trunk and less unnecessary lower-back movement.

  5. 05

    LOWER LIMB ALIGNMENT

    Lower-limb alignment

Combine foot support and knee feedback to coordinate the foot, ankle, knee and hip.

Available points, directions and exercises depend on the equipment, accessories and your training programme.

How to use

Six steps, from setup to progression.

  1. 1

    Choose the training point

Pick the anchor point on the base for your body, the target exercise and the resistance direction.

  2. 2

    Set your feet

Find a comfortable, stable stance on the platform, using the foot positioning accessories as needed.

  3. 3

    Fit the knee strap

Adjust the strap's tension and position for the exercise. Leave room for the knee to move; don't overtighten.

  4. 4

    Attach resistance

Use compatible bands in good condition, and check every anchor and connector is secure.

  5. 5

    Train the glutes

For a single-leg kickback, keep the trunk and pelvis controlled and extend the hip slowly. Don't arch your lower back to lift higher.

  6. 6

    Progress gradually

Start light with a controlled range. Once you have the movement, increase load, range and volume.

Beginners should train under professional guidance, starting with light resistance, simple stances and basic hip control.

FAQ

Before you buy.

Will it make my glutes rounder?

It gives you steadier support, clearer hip movement and resistance from many directions. With good strength training, progressive load and recovery, it supports glute growth and shaping.

Equipment alone can't guarantee a change in shape.

Why use knee support?

On one leg, your muscles must actively control the knee. The strap gives position feedback that helps many people sense knee direction.

It doesn't lock the knee and doesn't replace your muscles' own stabilising work.

How is it different from training with bands alone?

Bands alone give resistance. The platform adds a dedicated base, foot positioning, post support and multiple anchor points, which you can combine for each exercise and which make structured coaching easier.

Will it stop lower-back compensation completely?

Not completely. But good support and feedback improve your awareness of the pelvis, trunk and hips, so you can practise reducing compensation.

Is it suitable if I'm new to training?

Yes, with professional guidance. Start with light resistance, simple stances and basic hip control before complex single-leg or heavy work.

Is there instruction after I buy?

Yes. Contact the Academy when your platform arrives to get the video course, covering an introduction, assembly and each training point.

Send training videos regularly so a coach can help refine your technique.

PRECISION IN EVERY MOVEMENT.

Every movement deserves precise control.

Stability is the foundation of quality movement. Let the feet anchor you, give the knees clear feedback and let the hips do the work. Build glute strength on a base of stability and control.

Glute Isolation Training Platform: designed for more targeted glute training.

Ready to train with more control?

This is exercise training equipment that provides support, resistance and position feedback. It is not a medical treatment or orthotic device. Keep the platform stable and all attachments secure, and avoid overtightened straps, joint pressure or loads beyond your ability. If you have pain or movement problems, get a professional assessment first.
